Magnesium Glycinate Sleep-Ease Complex

The product might be great, but it did not work for me. I used to take it at night, and I used to get a lot of weird dreams. By the time I used to get up in the morning, I would not feel fresh at all because I would be so active in my vivid dreams. Although it did make me feel very sleepy in the morning, it exaggerated my dreams. I always felt that I was very active even while I was sleeping, and when I got up in the morning, my brain would kind of calm down and you get back to reality, but you are not fresh enough. Use it only if you feel the magnesium works for you. Probably a trial pack is good. Use it if you feel it works for you, but based on my personal experiences, it's definitely a no from my end.

My sleep got better and my muscle recovery also get better after gym sessions. Not for only sleep its good for Muscle recovery also.
